Frequently asked questions
I am an existing customer, and also an NDNA member. Do I receive the NDNA discount?
This exclusive NDNA offer is currently available for new customers only. The 70% discount will be applied from your subscription start date and is valid for the first 3 months.
Do I get the discount for any package?
The 70% discount is limited to our full Learning Plus Business Package, with the Parent App. This is costed at £138/month (ex vat). All other packages are not eligible for this discount.
Are there any other costs associated with the offer?
No - we provide on-boarding and initial training free of charge. We do not charge any other set-up fees. Our support is all-inclusive within your monthly fee, and includes telephone, online, and email support - which is second to none! As an optional extra, we can also provide in-depth, paid-for group training, either in-person or online. Please contact us if this is something you are interested in.
Am I committed for a specific contractual term?
No, we operate on a monthly rolling basis, and you are free to cancel your contract at any time. Just give us 30 days’ notice.
What will I pay after my discounted period ends?
After your 70% discounted period ends, your monthly fee reverts our usual pricing, available on our website www.blossomeducational.com/plans. Our pricing is currently £138/month for our Learning Plus Business package, including the Parent App. Our fees are subject to annual review.
How do I get started?
Following an in-depth system demonstration, you will be offered an on-boarding session. This is where a member of our expert ‘Getting Started’ team will create your nursery system together with you, ensuring that you are able to hit the ground running from day 1. For this special offer, although we are not offering ‘free trial’ periods, you are free to cancel your contract at any time with 30 days’ notice.
What’s the catch?
Nothing! Our collaboration with NDNA allows us to provide our services to as many nurseries as possible, which is our mission. We are offering this mega 70% discount because we know how challenging the last year has been for the sector. We also know that Blossom makes your lives so much easier, the cost will help you save time in the long-run.
What about all of the new features that you release every month?
As part of this offer, because you get our full suite of functionality, you will be provided with all new features in our Learning Plus Business packages as they get released, with no extra charge.

Blossom Educational Referral Program
Agreement
This is a guideline on the agreement between “Blossom Educational” and the current customer “referrer” and the terms they must meet to qualify for “The Blossom Educational Referral Program” when they refer a new customer “referee”.
Entering the program
The Blossom Educational Referral Program is exclusively for current customers based in the UK.
Qualification
To qualify for the Blossom Educational Referral Program, the referrer must
- Share the Linkedin post they may have been tagged in. IF they have not been tagged the referrer must share the following Blossom Educational Linkedin post onto their profile.
- Complete the referral form in full. This can be accessed from the ‘Refer a setting’ page available on the website.
A referee can only enter the Blossom Educational Referral Program online after the referrer has met both qualification criterias stated above.
Payment
The referee qualifies to receive an Amazon gift card when:
- They’ve successfully been referred and met the qualification criteria.
- The referee has received a demo through the Blossom Educational Referral Program and then chosen to sign up for the Learning or Business package with the Parent App within 30 days of the demo OR the free trial period.
- They’ve become a full Blossom Educational customer and paid their first invoice.
The referrer qualifies to receive an Amazon gift card when:
- The referee has reached an agreement to become a Blossom Educational customer on the Learning or Business package with the Parent App within 30 days of the demo OR the free trial period.
- The referee has become a full Blossom Educational customer and paid their first invoice.
Each referrer can refer as many providers as they want, and will receive one Amazon gift card for each new full Blossom Educational customer that they refer in accordance with the stated terms and conditions. There’s no limit to the number of providers that can be referred by one referrer.
Each individual Amazon gift card will be sent to the email address listed on the referrers account in the Blossom Educational App.
Changes to our terms and conditions
Blossom Educational retains the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement and incentives at any time.
