The transition to Blossom has been so much easier than we anticipated, from the initial enquiry to onboarding, and now embedding fully into daily routines. The team at Blossom have listened, responded and provided clear instruction on how to use the system. If the helpcentre doesn’t answer your question, the team is always on hand to answer your questions by phone, messaging, or a Teams call.
The BE Paid feature is amazing. We have around 214 children and at this point in the month we would have 50 to 60 invoices still unpaid. I have just checked and we have only 15 unpaid invoices!
Our staff find Blossom easy to use and an effective communication tool to promote relationships with parents and carers. Our favourite feature recently is the ‘comments’ section for staff to add to home observations!

When our team has logged a query, Blossom’s support team will contact you straight away. They look into the query for you whilst keeping you up to date with the progress.

I love the notifications button. It makes me understand what the staff are doing downstairs on the floor. It also notifies us of any accidents and incidents that have happened which is fantastic.

Such a great service and so helpful! I received an answer to my query over the August bank holiday, allowing me to get on with my work on Blossom.
