Medication Forms
Found within Safeguarding, this new area holds an overview of logged forms as well as the ability to create new ones. You can also access the relevant forms from the Child Profile. These forms include:
- Medicine details so you know what you're administering
- The administration time, frequency, dose and method, reducing confusion
- Expiry dates, side-effects and storage instructions, so nothing is spoiled by accident
- Signatures of consent and receipt, a cornerstone of medical protocol
Administrations
Practitioners can log an administration from the daily diary or child’s profile to make the process as smooth, quick and accurate as possible.
- Choose from any active medication to simplify complicated cases
- A pre-determined dose list reduces the possibility of over- or under-medicating
- Collect signatures from administrators and a witness to easily follow safeguarding guidelines

You can’t have data entry without the ability to view, analyse and export, so that’s what we’ve done for for both medication forms and administrations.
