In our latest update to the Blossom system following on from our Finance 3.1 release, we’ve made it even easier to find what you want, give parents what they want, and work better with your favourite 3rd party financial software.
The big ticket item is of course, refunds. Our customers asked, we listened, and now giving parents their money back for any reason is just a few clicks away.

Refunds on Blossom
One of our most requested features without workarounds, refunds are now available for everyone on our latest finance system.
Accessing refunds couldn’t be simpler – no need to use a separate system, just go to your usual payments and set a minus value for the sum. Quick as a flash – the amount is removed from the parent’s account.
QuickBooks export
In addition to Xero, Sage50 and Funding Loop, you can now export invoice data preformatted to function with QuickBooks. No more fiddling about with columns and headers in Excel!
Just export as you normally would and select the ‘QuickBooks’ option. The file that you get can then be uploaded straight to QuickBooks with no edits required.
Extended search
There’s already a search on some Blossom pages, but we wanted to make it even more useful. You can now search using first names, last names, full names or even their reference number, and find associated contacts as well as children.
