One of our most requested features has been added to the system! Now Blossom customers have the option to activate instant 2-way messaging between nurseries and their parents. This powerful tool will make life much easier for everyone at your setting. Most importantly, miscommunication can be something of the past!
Benefits of 2-Way Instant Messaging.
Should a parent be running late or have a poorly child for example, they have the ability to pop a message directly to their nursery. We wanted to bring you instant, hassle-free communication. Not only this, but it gives parents the ultimate peace of mind by being able to communicate quickly – especially if there is an emergency!
You Respond to Parents Directly.
Ensure that you never miss a message (even when a staff member is absent). Blossom customers are able to allocate multiple staff members to receive and reply to messages from parents. With this latest feature, you are able to send quick replies which will boost your setting’s parent teacher communication.
