The Role
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Blossom, you’ll play a pivotal role in forging and nurturing relationships. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission, spearheading efforts to transform the Early Years and childcare landscape.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively reaching out to potential Blossom users, cultivating interest, and scheduling product demonstrations.
- Elevating your expertise in our market, leveraging a wealth of data and information to refine your pitch and address any enquiries or objections.
- Collaborating closely with the other SDRs to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as working closely with our marketing team.
- Expanding your proficiency in product presentations and pipeline management, setting the stage for advancement in your sales career.

Remuneration
- Competitive basic salary starting at £28,000, with the potential to rise to £30,000 following the successful completion of your probation period.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 and beyond, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales or SaaS sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
