Team Blossom have been at it again to deliver the best user experience to help your nursery business grow, in our latest software update.
We are thrilled to announce BE Paid, our new mobile payments feature which will allow parents to pay their invoices directly using the Blossom Parent App!
You will find the Blossom payment gateway in your Finance Settings. Here you will be able to connect your platform with Stripe. Once your account is set up, you can manage your payment settings. You can choose to activate Direct Debit, card payments or both.
We’ve made the process as easy as can be. Send out invoices as usual. Parents will then be notified that an invoice has been sent to them.
Parents can set up a direct debit, which allows nurseries to be paid the correct balance instantly. They can also choose to pay via a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Once we hear from you, our customer service team member will add you to our priority list and schedule you for a one-to-one session dedicated to activating this awesome feature and help you with the account settings.
At Blossom we are always looking at ways to make it easier for anyone who uses our platform.
Now we have made the child’s ‘about section’ visible on the Parent App. Parents can view their child’s family, enrollment details, permissions, health and diet, development and likes and dislikes directly from their Parent App.
If parents would like to update their child’s information, they can contact their nursery directly. The nursery is then able to update it from the Child Profiles page.
We have updated our checkboxes in line with best practices in user interface design. What has changed you ask? We have made the checkboxes smaller creating a sleek interface that is easy on the eyes!
